  Mango (์Nam Dok Mai)

  The golden mango tree was born from mutation by seedling hundreds of years ago. Propagation of the golden mango tree, only seeds only,    resulting in new varieties. The better the variety, the better the variety. The better varieties will be seeded over and over again. The mango    cultivars in Thailand are derived from the mutated seeds, which are called lucky coincidences, such as Salaya (from coconut seedlings),          chuan Anan (seeded from three years).

  Nam Dok Mai  is a popular mango cooked in the country and abroad, due to its ripe yellowish-yellow color. The medium is soft and sweet,      eaten as a ripe fruit, or used to make desserts, such as glutinous rice, mango ice cream and jam.
